Last night snow fell for the first time this season. Roxy, quite the snow lover, could hardly wait to get out this morning.
Thinking this would be a great opportunity to take some fetching pictures of her in her new “Christmas red” shawl, I was ill prepared for how difficult it would be to take photographs in seventeen degree weather.
My fingers were literally frozen. I’ve often wondered what it’s like to be a popsicle and today I finally found out.
However, this was not the case for our little model who stood still for various shots but refused to look straight at the camera except for in one shot.
First she assesses the terrain and scouts to see if other friends are out. God forbid any of them see her participating in this photoshoot!
Roxy says, “Now I’ll stand with one leg up.”
Stare off to the left looking quite pensive…wondering when we’re going home.
“Oh, take the picture already. I’m afraid I’m going to freeze in this position, and then what?”
what a cute little fur baby!!! i love him!!

So sweet! I can never get my parents’/the family dog to look at me when I take a picture!
I’m glad I’m not alone! :)

Isn’t she? :)
I love little Roxy and her red scarf LOL. She looks like Olivia when she is cuddling with her baby…
She’s learning to cuddle with Thomas instead of biting him to death! :)
Thanks for the comment! She’s adorable. :) I love that she snuggles with her baby tiger.
